  Love this vets! The most amazing friendly reception team! They really made my pup feel special! Great value and stunningly clean on Friday! Also smelt great (Makes a change to our old vets!) Both the gents behind reception really excelled on customer service. 10/10!

  Raised concerns as our Bichon was losing weight in our opinion quite quickly during a routine check boosters etc...vet said he was not under weight for his size but when they drop weight so quickly surly that’s a indication that somethings not right.. we went and got a 2nd opinion from our usual vets Warren house who instigated tests etc and it was confirmed our little guy had a cancerous tumour in his kidney and had to have that removed at a referal center in north downs at a cost of over £5,500.... but they saved his life..
  I’m our opinion east pet care are ok for the jabs and minor routine but nothing else...we won’t be gong back again!!!
