  Hidden gem in a most surprising place, spacious, clean and welcoming. Tasty food, nice service and good looking cakes (it took all my willpower not to have one!).

  Lovely little tea room, very unique and nice views over the river. The food is fantastic, fresh and in most cases locally sourced. A wide range of hot and cold drinks, including loose leaf tea, fresh ground coffee. The reason for 4 stars, despite it being one of my favourite tea rooms is because of the price - it does come at a cost, also there is no disabled access I would love to take my Mum and Nan here but wouldn't be able to and lastly the opening hours could be better
